At van Beusekom Gestaltung + Fotografie, we create strong brands and emotional brand experiences.

After working for over 15 years for several design and branding agencies in Holland, Germany and Switzerland, van Beusekom Gestaltung + Fotografie was founded by Geertjan van Beusekom in 2013. As a collective of strategic consultants, designers, photographers and copywriters, we work closely together to offer design and brand solutions to our clients.

A  B  O  U  T    M  E

I studied graphic and typographic design at the Royal Academy of Arts in The Hague in the early 90’s with a clear focus on corporate and type design. At that time, although we stood on the turning point of going digital, we still learned to use pen and paper; a virtue that I still value a lot in the creative process.

Not long after graduating, eager to broaden my horizon, I headed for Berlin. At first I worked for Plex Group and later for Triad Berlin Projektgesellschaft – a multidisciplinary design agency specializing in “communication in space.” After almost 10 years of events, trade fairs, exhibitions, interactive exhibits and 3-dimensional graphics, I decided to go back to my branding roots and started working for MetaDesign in Zurich. At first as a Designer, later as a Design Director, I had the opportunity to create and evolve some of Switzerland’s leading brands together with a team of strategists and designers. To gain more insight into the world of marketing and to develop a strong brand experience from the roots up, I took on the job of Creative Director at KPMG in 2012.

In 2013 I founded van Beusekom Gestaltung + Fotografie. Together with some of the most talented people I have met around the world over the past two decades, we offer our clients a broad palette of diversified skills and experience to create strong brands and brand experiences.
